Portrait of Dr. Miguel Mural

Miguel Mural is a neurosurgeon specialized in the treatment of skull base tumors with minimally invasive endoscopic techniques. He completed his initial training as a neurosurgery resident at Hospital Nacional Prof. A. Posadas, where he later served as chief resident.

He completed international rotations to consolidate his expertise in conventional and endoscopic skull base surgery with Drs. Eduardo Vellutini and Aldo Stamm in São Paulo, Brazil, and with Drs. Daniel Prevedello and Ricardo Carrau in Ohio, USA.

He is a consulting physician in endoscopic and conventional skull base pathology at numerous public and private centers. Trained as both a pediatric and adult neurosurgeon, he has a comprehensive understanding of this pathology.

He is part of the staff at Sanatorio Los Arcos, Hospital Alemán, and Sanatorio Mater Dei, among others. He also performs surgical procedures in cities across the interior of the country to spare patients from traveling — for example in Mendoza, Neuquén and Rosario, with the support of local colleagues.
